Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Mumbai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day duties will include taking orders, operating coffee equipment, adhering to food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and handling coffee equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver a pleasant experience
• Experience in food preparation, with knowledge of hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to customer needs
• Previous experience in a similar role or a hospitality setting is a plus
