Role Description

Gulf Countries (Kuwait , Oman , Bahrain, Qatar , Dubai , Saudi Arabia)

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Culinary skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management
• Min. 6 Months of Experience Needed for Application of Waiter/Waitress
• Min. 3 years + Experience & Current Designated in Supervisor level to apply the same position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide the perfect service experience for restaurant patrons
• Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
• Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services
• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
• Present menu, answer questions, and make menu recommendations
• Serve customers in an accommodating manner
• Must know all food liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered

Desired Candidate Profile

• Great verbal and written communication capabilities
• Flexibility to work different shifts
• The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Able to walk or stand for nearly 100 percent of shift
