Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Gurugram. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to patrons according to AM Hotel Kollection's standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
• Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and operation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
