Bar Manager with more than 8+year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee bar inventory, stock control, and ordering of beverages and supplies.
• Create and update beverage menus, including innovative cocktails and signature drinks.
• Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and promptly.
• Monitor financial performance of the bar (sales, cost control, profitability).
• Collaborate with management to plan events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing where required.
• Uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance in the bar area.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager in premium hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end bars.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and bar inventory management software is a plus.
• Candidates from Goa or with prior work experience in Goa are preferred.
