Role Overview: The IT Business Senior Analyst position involves acting as an intermediary between business users and technologists to effectively exchange information with the Technology team. The primary goal of this role is to contribute to continuous exploration and investigation of business performance to drive business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expert level knowledge of OMS and Trade Life Cycle in a Front Office - Have exposure to Front/Middle/Back Office apps - Possess good knowledge of FIX protocol - Display good technical knowledge - Ability to understand technical requirements and break them down into smaller units for development - Experience in running scrum meetings and projects - Proficient in project tracking, risk identification and mitigation - Work closely with QA and SET teams - Implement Software Quality Assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices - Testing experience in an Agile environment - Expertise in test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies - Proficient in testing processes and Agile - Experience in testing FIX message based testing approach Qualifications: - 8-12 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Strong interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple activities, build/develop working relationships, and take initiative - Work well under pressure to meet deadlines with attention to detail Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience *Note: This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
