The Banquet Manager will oversee daily banquet operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, managing event setups and breakdowns, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The Banquet Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training banquet staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication skillsExperience in Food & Beverage managementProven ability in Hiring and training staffExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulations is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
