Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad for a Banquet Manager. The Banquet Manager will oversee daily banquet operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, managing event setups and breakdowns, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The Banquet Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training banquet staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage management Proven ability in Hiring and training staff Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
