Experience Required:---4 – 9 years in Banquet / F&B Management Job Summary Hotel Ramta Continental is seeking a skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing banquet events with excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, team efficiency, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities  Coordinate and manage all banquet events from planning to execution. l Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure smooth inter-department coordination. l Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown while maintaining hotel standards. l Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff for exceptional service delivery. l Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of banquet operations. l Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction. l Build strong client relationships and handle guest feedback efficiently. Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. l 4–9 years of proven experience in banquet or F&B operations. l Strong leadership and team management skills. l Excellent communication and problem-solving ability. l Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure.
