Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Banquet Manager to lead and manage all banquet operations at Alwar Royals. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of events, maintain the highest service standards, and provide guests with unforgettable experiences while optimizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily banquet operations across all banquet halls and rooftop event spaces.
• Liaise with clients to understand event needs, budgets, and expectations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to finalize menus, beverage service, and timelines.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure timely setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, including décor, seating, and AV equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards in all event areas.
• Manage inventory and requisitions for banquet supplies, linen, crockery, and glassware.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly during events.
• Work with the sales team to promote banquet packages and generate bookings.
• Monitor costs, prepare billing, and submit post-event reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of banquet service, event planning, and F&B operations.
• Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
