Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender should have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Mix, garnish, and present drinks with style and precision. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience. Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on preferences. Bar Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies, including ingredients, glassware, and garnishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed. Compliance: Adhere to all local and national alcohol regulations and laws. Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Cash Handling: Handle payments, operate the cash register or POS system, and provide accurate bills. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service. Assist in creating and updating the bar menu as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role. Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments. Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred). Key Attributes: Friendly and outgoing personality. High attention to detail and creativity in drink preparation. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
