Role Overview:
A Banking Retail Team Member in BPS supports banking operations by handling retail banking services, customer interactions, and backend processes to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries related to retail banking products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, transfers).Assist customers with account openings, updates, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.Support loan processing and credit verification tasks as per guidelines.Work with other teams to resolve customer issues or escalations.Maintain compliance with banking regulations and company policies.Update and maintain accurate records in banking systems.Perform routine checks and reconciliations as required.Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.Support internal audit and quality assurance processes.Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of banking products and processes.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in computer systems and banking software.Ability to work in a team and follow process guidelines.Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
