Job Description

As a Bank Relationship Manager at Response Informatics, your role involves establishing, managing, and growing the Assets Under Management (AUM) of the mapped Client segment. This includes acquiring and nurturing clients with AUM of at least INR 1 million. You will be responsible for ensuring complete knowledge of all products and services through continuous skill and knowledge improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer queries and complaints within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) as per the DBS customer service policy. - Coordinating and working closely with CBG colleagues, Service teams, and Product specialists to ensure that team objectives are met through teamwork and collaboration. - Working closely with the Line Manager and City/Cluster Head to ensure the achievement of common team and Branch objectives. - Ensuring internal and regulatory compliance, addressing operational risks such as Health & Safety standards, security of premises, AML/KYC, and ongoing risk reviews. - Exercising appropriate due diligence while onboarding and engaging with clients. - Establishing DBS as a primary banker for clients and as a prominent banking provider in India.
