Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the highest customer satisfaction levels through proactive client engagement, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams. Your role will involve acquiring and upgrading quality Treasures clients, deepening wallet share, achieving volume and revenue objectives, and ensuring activation of e-channels and savings book growth. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas - Engage with existing customers to deepen wallet share through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives - Ensure activation of e-channels and savings book growth - Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions - Drive exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through adherence to sales processes and risk reviews - Provide timely portfolio reviews and resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed TAT Qualifications Required: - Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - Graduate or Post Graduate with an MBA in a relevant field - AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage - Effective probing and listening skills, strong relationship management, and influencing skills - Self-driven, ambitious, with good written and verbal communication skills - Results-oriented, ability to deliver under pressure, and understanding of competitive positioning - Strong service orientation, customer-centric behavior, attention to detail, and ability to analyze Additional Company Details: DBS Consumer Banking Group is the leading bank in Asia with a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans.
