Banking Email Support Executive - Work from Office (5 Days Working process)

Job Type:

Banking Email Support Process.

Candidates must have decent spoken and written communication skills, attention to details, and a customer-first attitude.

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints received via email.
Provide accurate and timely response to banking-related concerns.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality parameters.
Maintain confidentiality of customers and banking information.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Basic Knowledge of banking and finance terms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple emails with accuracy and speed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate can apply.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required into Banking sector (BPO).
Should be comfortable working from office.
Typing speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM preferred.
Ready to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
