Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banker on Wheel to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in banking operations and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts and loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
