Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Banking Home Loan Officer. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in direct sales or insurance.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle sales operations and achieve targets.
Develop and maintain client relationships to increase business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Team player with leadership potential.
