Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gorakhpur for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications, underwriting and analyzing financial details, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting customers throughout the loan origination process. Engaging with clients in both urban and rural settings is a core aspect of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Origination and Underwriting processes
• Knowledge of Finance principles and loan-related services
• Customer Service and communication skills
• Proficiency in handling Loan Officers' responsibilities, including guiding clients and verifying loan viability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the JLG microfinance model is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred
