Hi,
We are hiring SO- Home Loan. The role involves sourcing and managing Home Loan through Open market. The candidate must have strong local market knowledge and proven experience in handling large ticket sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Source Loan business through Open Market/ Channel Partners
Conduct customer profiling, documentation, and preliminary credit assessment
Ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely disbursement
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Minimum 1 year of experience in high-ticket LAP / HL
Mandatory experience in Open Market/ Channel Partner sourcing
Experience should be in high-value LAP segment only
Graduation is mandatory
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Preferred Profile
Immediate to short notice period preferred
CTC & Benefits
Fixed CTC: 3 4.2 LPA
