Role Overview: As a part of the Branch Banking team, you will have various roles including Teller, Service Officer, Relationship Manager, Assistant Manager Sales, Sales Officer, and Senior Officer. Your responsibilities will include handling customer transactions efficiently as a Teller, providing excellent customer service as a Service Officer, building and maintaining relationships with customers as a Relationship Manager, managing sales activities and achieving targets as an Assistant Manager Sales, promoting banking products and services to customers as a Sales Officer, and handling complex customer queries and issues as a Senior Officer.
