You will drive insurance sales through bank channels, conduct product training for bank staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing market trends, generating reports, and refining the bancassurance sales strategy. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Prior sales experience in the insurance and banking sectors is essential, along with a knack for market research and analysis. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is required, as well as effective communication and presentation abilities. The role demands both independent work capabilities and a collaborative mindset within a team environment. A sound understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry is crucial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in bancassurance or a related domain would be advantageous. The compensation for this position ranges from 2.75 to 3.3 LPA.
