As a Front Line Sales Manager in the Banca Channel, your role involves driving insurance sales through bank channels. You will be responsible for relationship management, lead generation, product promotion, and achieving business targets by utilizing the partner network effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage strong relationships with bank staff and representatives to ensure a consistent business flow. - Work from bank branches to generate leads and successfully close insurance sales. - Achieve assigned sales and activity targets through branches. - Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes. - Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports. - Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales Key Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Result-oriented approach with a passion for sales. - Good understanding of insurance and financial products. - Relationship-building and training capabilities. - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
