Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bancassurance Specialist. The primary responsibility includes building and managing relationships with bank partners and their customers to achieve sales targets in bancassurance. Daily tasks include driving insurance product awareness, providing customers with high-quality advisory services, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The Bancassurance Specialist will cross-sell insurance products, analyze client needs, customize insurance solutions, and handle all documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and client service
• Understanding of insurance products, bancassurance, and financial planning
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build partner and client relations
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and achieve sales targets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tailor insurance solutions
• Previous experience in insurance, bancassurance, finance, or a related domain is highly desirable
• Knowledge of compliance, market trends, and regulatory policies in the insurance sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
