Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Bakery or Hotel Management
  • Industrial training in bakery operations
  • 5-6 years of experience in a professional bakery setting
  • Strong baking skills and understanding of mise-en-place techniques
  • Proficiency in Metric and Imperial measurement systems
