Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bakery (Commi-II) to join our team at Fortune Park Dahej. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bakery setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing high-quality bread and pastries for guests.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the bakery's offerings.
Ensure all food meets quality standards before service.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bakery (Commi-II) or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques.
Familiarity with pastry-making equipment and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
