Job Description

Position: Background Verification Executive

Location: Pune (WFO)

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years

Timing: 8pm - 5am (Night shift)

Immediate joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

Initiating background checks for US consultants.
Conducting background check and acquiring all documents from new hires to obtain complete compliance.
Follow up with vendors for updates.
Perform quality checks on the reports shared by the vendor to ensure BGV's are complete and data is recorded correctly.
Receiving, and reviewing all requests, tracking, monitoring and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and process completion.

Qualifications:

Should have 6 months - 3 years experience in Background Verification for US process.
Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
