About the Role-Court Check
Join our team as a Court Check Process Agent. In this role, you’ll review, verify, and document background verification cases, focusing on court records and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll Do
* Review cases to identify and report red cases.
* Verify mismatched or unclear results using court records.
* Investigate details to resolve issues and confirm findings.
* Follow company procedures and legal guidelines.
* Coordinate with the operations team to resolve cases.
* Prepare clear case reports and keep records up to date.
* Share feedback for process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in background verification or legal checks is a plus.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle confidential data respectfully.
* Familiarity with legal terms or court records is a plus.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and follow ethical practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
