Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree – EE/EC

Languages: Fluent English knowledge with conversant in local language added advantage

Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in technical sales support in solar field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the

    sales team

    in managing inquiries, tenders, and RFQs for

    solar central inverter projects

    .
  • Prepare and review

    techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and bid documents

    in line with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with

    engineering, supply chain, finance, and project teams

    to ensure timely response to customers.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP systems with updated customer data, offers, and order status.
  • Assist in contract review, order entry, and monitoring project execution from order booking to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, pricing policies, and approval processes.
  • Support in

    market research, competitor tracking, and sales reporting

    for management reviews.
  • Provide excellent

    customer communication and documentation support

    to strengthen client relationships.

Core Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    solar central inverters and utility-scale PV systems

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, SAP/ERP, and CRM tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with

    tendering process, techno-commercial evaluation, and sales administration

    .


TECHNICAL SKILLS

·      Excellent Customer relationship, communication and presentation skills.

·      Knowledge on commercial and legal terms.

  • ·      Basic Power system knowledge on Solar inverters string & central /Solar PV systems/BESS/Microgrid solutions.
