Role Description "Sales support professional specializing in backend operations for solar central inverter projects , with expertise in techno-commercial offer preparation, tender management, and cross-functional coordination. Skilled in supporting front-end sales teams to drive business growth while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction." A detail-oriented and customer-focused sales support professional with strong expertise in solar central inverter solutions . Experienced in providing backend support to front-end sales teams by preparing accurate techno-commercial offers, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of proposals and orders. Skilled in handling customer inquiries, tender submissions, and order processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in managing inquiries, tenders, and RFQs for solar central inverter projects . Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and bid documents in line with customer requirements. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and project teams to ensure timely response to customers. Maintain CRM/ERP systems with updated customer data, offers, and order status. Assist in contract review, order entry, and monitoring project execution from order booking to delivery. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, pricing policies, and approval processes. Support in market research, competitor tracking, and sales reporting for management reviews. Provide excellent customer communication and documentation support to strengthen client relationships. Core Skills Strong knowledge of solar central inverters and utility-scale PV systems . Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/ERP, and CRM tools . Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with tendering process, techno-commercial evaluation, and sales administration .
