Location- Chakan MIDC phase 4, opp. Mahindra Gate 1, Nighoje, Experience- 1- 3 years Education- Graduate or Diploma Job Description Key responsibilities include handling order documentation, coordinating with production and logistics, and managing customer queries and after-sales service requests. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Management: Handling order documentation and ensuring timely order processing and delivery Sales Reporting & Analysis: Preparing regular sales reports, updates for management, and analyzing sales data. Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintaining a sales database and ensuring accurate data records. Back-end Support: Assisting the sales team with quotation preparation and proposal submissions. Business Growth: Contributing to business growth initiatives and assisting with sales-related tasks. Payment Management: Tracking and ensuring timely customer payments. Communication: Handling email, phone calls communications effectively. Sales Targets: Working towards achieving sales targets. Record Keeping: Maintaining records of sales and payment and visit by the other field sales if necessary. Requirements: A fresher or an experienced professional who has Good understanding of sales Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers in person via telephonic calls and mails Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses. Manage related Emails and phone calls. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
