Backend Sales Executive
Responsibilites:
Support sales team with quotation preparation, product pricing, and proposal submissions. Coordinate with production and logistics for timely order processing and delivery.
Handle order documentation, follow up with vendors, and maintain sales database.
Assist in managing customer queries and after-sales service requests.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
Good understanding of sales processes and backend coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in construction, hardware, or fenestration products preferred.
