Job Description

As a backend operations intern at Sahayak Associates, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure the smooth functioning of our backend operations. Your effective communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with various teams, while your proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 will be essential for data analysis and reporting. Your strong interpersonal skills will also come into play as you interact with clients and vendors.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline backend operations and ensure process consistency.
Support the team in maintaining and updating backend systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Analyze operational data using MS Excel and other tools to prepare insightful reports for management review.
Manage and update records in Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility of information.
Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving operational processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
