Job Description

As a Team Lead and Lead Developer in Backend and Database at Automios Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to architect and oversee the development of backend systems in Node.js. Your strong grasp of MVC patterns, design patterns, and data structures will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our products. Additionally, your expertise in database design and structures, including data modeling and proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our data pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and oversee development of backend systems in Node.js - Implement software architecture design with a strong understanding of MVC patterns, design patterns, and data structures - Design and maintain database structures, including data modeling, normalization, and dimensional modeling - Develop and maintain RESTful and JSON RPC APIs using frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, and Swagger - Implement QA processes and testing routines, including automation testing tools like JMeter and familiarity with issue tracking - Utilize tools like Kafka, Apache Spark, Redux, and Kubernetes for load balancing, caching, and serving to ensure scalability and efficiency - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and deployment on cloud services like AWS and Azure - Proficient in Git for version control and experienced with project management tools like Jira and Confluence for documentation and ticketing - Create and maintain ERDs and technical documentation using tools like Swagger and Postman Qualifications: - UG/PG in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (Any graduate may apply) - 7+ years of backend development experience - 3+ years of team leadership experience - 2+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile management Join us at Automios Technologies and leverage your expertise to drive team efficiency and product quality in the backend development space.,
