Backend Executive

• A backend executive, also known as a back office executive, is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that support an organization's daily functions. Key duties include data entry, managing databases and files, processing orders and invoices, coordinating with other departments, and handling customer inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Core responsibilities
• Data management: Gather, compile, organize, and update data, and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Administrative support: Process and manage documents like invoices and purchase orders, and handle general administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
• Customer and internal coordination: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, and assist with basic financial tasks like tracking expenses.
• Office upkeep: Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment. Required skills and qualifications
• Education: A bachelor's degree, typically in Business Administration or a related field, is often preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is beneficial.
• Technical proficiency: Must be proficient in common office software like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Typing speed is also a common requirement.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to multitask and work effectively in a team is also crucial.
