Backend Developer (Python | Agentic AI | Voice & Automation)

• Design, build, and maintain

  backend services using Python

• Develop REST APIs using

  FastAPI

• Work with

  Django/Djongo

  for data handling and admin workflows
• Build

  agentic AI workflows

  using

  LangGraph & LangChain

• Integrate

  LLMs

  for conversational, decision-making, and automation use cases
• Implement

  Voice AI

  flows (IVR, outbound/inbound calling logic)
• Build and manage

  WhatsApp automation

  (messages, flows, triggers)
• Design and manage databases using

  PostgreSQL

• Optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

• Strong knowledge of

  Python

• Experience with

  FastAPI

• Hands-on experience with

  Django / Djongo

• Familiarity with

  PostgreSQL

• Basic to intermediate experience with

  LangChain / LangGraph

• Understanding of

  LLMs, prompts, and agentic AI concepts

• Experience or interest in

  Voice AI / conversational systems

• Experience with

  WhatsApp automation

  or similar messaging platforms
• Knowledge of REST APIs and async programming
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development

• Experience with

  telephony, IVR, SIP, or voice platforms

• Knowledge of

  webhooks, background jobs, queues

• Exposure to

  AI agents, workflows, and tool calling

• Startup or SaaS product experience
• Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• 1–2 years of hands-on backend development experience
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast
