Location: Pune (Onsite) Employment Type : Full-time Required Experience : 2-4 years About the Role We seek a talented and motivated Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend solutions and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate has experience in working with databases like MongoDB, managing cloud services on AWS, and implementing robust queue management systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js & Express.js . Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and scalability. Integrate and manage Redis for caching and session management. Work with AWS services (e.g., EC2, SES) for deploying and maintaining applications. Implement and maintain queue management systems using Kafka , BullMQ , or similar tools. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug production issues effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js . Strong expertise in MongoDB database design and queries. Working knowledge of AWS services, including EC2 , SES , and S3 . Experience with Redis for caching and data storage. Hands-on experience with queue management tools such as Kafka , BullMQ , or similar. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web socket integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
