Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Backend Developer with more than 3 years of expertise in building scalable and efficient backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS frameworks, along with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace ecosystems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend services to support our growing digital commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend applications for e-commerce and marketplace platforms
• Implement APIs and microservices using Node.js and NestJS frameworks
• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to deliver a smooth user experience
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical discussions for continuous product improvement
• Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS frameworks
• Experience working with e-commerce and marketplace platforms
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integration
• Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payment gateway integration, order management, and inventory systems
• Knowledge of GraphQL, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), or event-driven architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
