Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, designing robust APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, MySQL Database, React.js, and MERN stack. Troubleshoot issues related to application deployment and maintenance. Ensure scalability, security, performance optimization of developed systems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Proficient in backend programming languages such as Node.js , Express.Js, MERN Stack, React.JS , or Java(SpringBoot) Backend. Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture . Strong understanding of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS , Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , or Microsoft Azure . Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend technologies (APIs).
