Backend Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a smart and organized Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team with backend operations, documentation, client coordination, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, documentation, and MS Office, with the ability to handle day-to-day sales operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and format quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and basic cold calling.
• Draft and send formal business emails, maintain communication logs.
• Maintain and update sales reports, MIS sheets, and Excel trackers.
• Manage CRM entries, data records, and backend documentation.
• Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and operations teams.
• Support the team in scheduling meetings and sharing required documents.
• Assist with order processing, material tracking, and follow-up with vendors if needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or office/back-end operations.
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and documents.
• Good communication skills (phone + email).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of IT/AV products is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
