Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Coordinator based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Backend Coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating inventory records, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining operational workflows related to the company’s backend processes. The role involves daily communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and assisting in data analysis and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and inventory coordination
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and workflow management skills
• Experience in vendor coordination, internal communication, and process optimization
• Technical proficiency in using database software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• Prior experience in backend operations or coordination roles is a plus
