Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly proactive, go-getter Coordinator to work directly with one of our Directors. This is not your typical desk job—you’ll be in the thick of things, chasing brand teams for updates, keeping our backend operations sharp, and ensuring every sheet, number, and detail is perfectly in place for the sales team and the Director.


If you thrive on follow-ups, have a knack for organization, and love working on Google Sheets like a pro—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all backend work for the Director with respective brand team members.

2. Actively follow up (read: bombard politely but persistently) to get timely responses.

3. Maintain and update essential sales tracking and operational sheets.

4. Share reports and updates with both the sales team and the Director.

5. Keep all data organized, accurate, and easily accessible.

6. Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they reach the Director’s desk.

3. Strong command over Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups—bonus if you’re a power user).
