Kroll is looking for Back Office Services Sr Manager: BPO-Vendor Management Office to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the back office services team.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in BPO-Vendor Management with at least years of experience.
