Job Title: Office Staff – Operations & Inventory Executive Location: South Ex part 2, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards Reporting To: Operations Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff – Operations & Inventory Executive who will be responsible for handling multiple backend tasks, including inventory management, product packaging, labeling, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work comfortably on a PC or laptop. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock audits Monitor inventory levels and notify the team for reordering Update product availability in the system Product Packaging & Labeling Ensure all orders are packed securely and correctly as per brand guidelines Generate and affix shipping labels using e-commerce platforms or courier partner tools Maintain packaging material stock Order Processing & Dispatch Coordinate with courier partners for timely pick-ups and dispatch Prepare daily dispatch reports and update order tracking status Maintain records of dispatched orders and returns Multi-tasking Office Support Assist in preparing basic documentation, reports, or data entries as required Provide support to other departments when needed (e.g., customer support or admin) Required Skills: Proficiency in using computers (PC/Laptop) and basic software like MS Excel, Word, and web browsers Ability to quickly learn and navigate inventory/order management software Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Team player with a proactive attitude Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate Prior experience in inventory or order fulfilment is preferred Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (timing may vary as per dispatch load) How to Apply: Please email your updated resume to Support@dhwaniastro.com or contact us at 9319490826.
