Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Officer (Operations & Coordination) to manage day-to-day operational activities, vendor coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations, sales coordination, and vendor management, preferably within fast-paced industries like manufacturing, FMCG, or agri-tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Coordination

  • Manage daily operational tasks including order processing, ERP updates, and allocation sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines (TAT).
  • Highlight and escalate delays or issues to management for quick resolution.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain smooth communication between vendors and internal teams.
  • Track ETA, vendor performance, and order progress through reports.
  • Ensure quality standards and timely feedback loops are in place.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and update operational dashboards, reports, and trackers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

Process Improvement & Support

  • Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
  • Support team members to maintain service quality and deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or vendor management.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or Agri-Tech sectors.
  • Exposure to order tracking systems, vendor performance management, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages (Marathi, Hindi, English) is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with leadership potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
