To keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for a Backend Operations Executive who can bring precision, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to our growing team. Role Overview The Backend Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and maintaining accurate data records. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The candidate must also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Handle and streamline backend operational processes to support business functions Maintain, organize, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting) Perform accurate mathematical calculations for budgets, reports, and performance tracking Prepare and maintain operational documentation with clarity and precision Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) for reporting and coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues and improve workflows Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy Provide support in audits, compliance checks, and performance assessments Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in handling operations or a related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred) Good mathematical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent command of written and spoken English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges Compensation & Benefits Salary range: INR 15,000 – INR 25,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) Incentive Range: INR 5000-INR 15000 Opportunities for career growth and skill development within the organization Exposure to a creative, dynamic, and collaborative work environment Why Join OffbeatTrips?
