Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Excel (including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end processing of repair operations through our ERP system, coordinating with vendors across the USA and UK, and maintaining accuracy in all data entries and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend operations related to device repair processing through our internal ERP system.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors based in the UK and USA for updates, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Process, update, and maintain repair status data with high accuracy.
  • Analyze data using advanced Excel tools (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international standards in operational processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate operations, preferably in repair/logistics or backend processes.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
  • Experience handling US/UK-based vendors and clients.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a must.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a repair services company or logistics domain is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international business protocols and time zones.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • [2 PM to 11 PM & 6 PM to 3 AM on UK/US Shifts]
