Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive for a full-time role at our on-site location in Vasai. The selected candidate will manage back office operations, support office functions, assist in sales coordination, and handle finance and documentation tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing communication with clients, and supporting the sales and finance teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, including administrative and organizational tasks
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
• Basic understanding of Sales processes, including supporting sales documentation and reporting
• Knowledge of Finance basics for record keeping, invoicing, and maintaining financial data
• Proficiency in using office software tools like MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
