The role is critical in supporting sales execution, order processing, and customer service. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Coordination Coordinate between sales team, site team, vendors, and service partners Track order status, deliveries, and installations Follow up with vendors and service staff for timely execution 2. Documentation & Records Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices Maintain customer records, order files, and payment details Ensure all documents are properly filed (physical & digital) 3.
