What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with jewellers to collect required

  onboarding documents

  via WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate

  client data and project status

  in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Liaise with the

  sales, development, and marketing

  teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Schedule and assist in

  admin dashboard training

  for jewellers post app development.
• Track project milestones, ensure timely progress, and prepare weekly reports.
• Deliver a

  great client experience

  by being responsive, organized, and proactive.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and basic Excel formulas.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic about technology, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Experience in

  operations, coordination, or customer success

  roles is a plus.
