Job Description

Key responsibilities Document digitization: Scan and digitize physical documents using specialized equipment and software. File management: Create and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval. Data entry and organization: Accurately enter, update, and manage data in company databases and records. Quality control: Perform quality checks to ensure all scanned documents are clear, legible, and correctly oriented. Administrative support: Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and inventory control, to support the overall office workflow. Compliance: Ensure all document handling and data storage procedures adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.  Required skills and qualifications Technical skills: Proficiency with scanners, document management software, and MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Organizational skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents and data. Soft skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Experience: Previous experience in a back-office, administrative, or scanning role is often preferred.
