Analytical Chemist

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in various analytical techniques, including Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Ultraviolet Spectroscopy (UV), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and experience working in a laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Method development and validation: Develop and validate analytical methods using FTIR, UV, and HPLC techniques. 2. Sample analysis: Analyze samples using FTIR, UV, and HPLC techniques to identify and quantify chemical components. 3. Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments, including FTIR, UV, and HPLC systems. 4. Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze and interpret data from analytical instruments, and present findings to stakeholders. 5. Quality control and assurance: Ensure that analytical methods and instruments are operated in accordance with quality control and assurance protocols. 6. Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and production. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. 2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, with expertise in FTIR, UV, and HPLC techniques. 3. Technical skills: Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation, including FTIR, UV, and HPLC systems. 4. Data analysis and interpretation: Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization. 5. Communication and collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
